The genre of action

Action is a popular genre amongst young people and adults due to its ability to target both audiences simultaneous. Clever marketing strategies include making a film conform to the age rating 16A, simply because it means that children under the age of 16 will have to view the film with their parents. When I come to decide my age rating I will have to weigh up the content of my film and for which age group it is appropriate, also taking into consideration the size of the audience, I may have to alter the content of my film.
